ETHIOPIA Sidama Aroresa G2.  Medium bodied, natural processed beans from Ethiopia with Bright Acidity and a flavor profile including notes of strawberry, cane sugar and floral.  The farms supplying Aroresa are situated at high altitudes.  Ethiopia contributes only 3-4% of the world’s coffee supply, but the variety of flavors from this area is remarkable.  Ethiopian green coffee is celebrated for its bright fruit and floral notes.
